CMM Calibration Services

We will calibrate and certify your machine to the OEM specification. We also perform a preventive maintenance check to prevent downtime and damage to the machine including the air system and electronics. Usually, CMM calibration can take place in one day or less depending on the size and type of the equipment. Triology can calibrate most makes and models.

ISO 17025:2005 Accreditation for Calibration

Most CMM manufacturers recommend annual calibration of the CMM to ensure that the accuracy of the equipment meets specification.
Triology can test the full range of your CMM machine using our laser system and then run a complete volumetric performance test including repeatability using a ball bar. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality of service.

CMM Ball-Bar Testing

Triology can test the volumetric accuracy of your machine by performing our 15-position ball bar analysis. This test takes less time and is lower in cost than a full calibration.
